  1. If you have a Payanywhere 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Bluetooth Credit Card Reader, download the Payanywhere app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log in to the Payanywhere app. 
    1. Your credentials are created during the application process, in which you provided your username/email and password. 
    2. Additionally, you can scan the QR code on your welcome email to log in for the first time.
    3. If you forgot your password, please click here and you will be sent an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
  3. Users with multiple accounts will see their DBA, DBA Street Address, and MID when logging in to the Payanywhere app and Payments Hub.
  4. In order for the Payanywhere app to work properly on your device, you must grant access to these permissions. Granting access to these permissions will allow the app to communicate with your device and give you the ability to process payments successfully.
    1. Camera - Add images to your inventory and scan barcodes.
    2. Location - Payanywhere needs to know where transactions are taking place for tax and security purposes.
    3. Microphone - Some Payanywhere readers use the auxiliary jack to communicate card data to your device.
    4. Phone - Allows the app to read phone status and identity.
    5. Storage - Gives access to your USB storage to modify and delete contents.
