Power up
A80

  1. Connect the AC power card into the power adapter. Plug the charging cord into the power port on the bottom of the terminal.
  2. Plug the power cord firmly into a power outlet. Must be plugged in at all times in order to use the terminal.
  3. Press and hold the power button (red button on the PIN pad) to turn the terminal on.

SP30

  1. Connect the SP30 cord to the PINPAD port on the backside of the A80.
  2. The SP30 should automatically turn on once connected.

Configure settings

  1. Tap the Settings app icon from the terminal's home screen.
  2. Tap Date & Time to ensure your time zone is correct (ET by default). An incorrect time zone will impact your funding.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi and toggle Wi-Fi to on. (An ethernet cord is included if you prefer to hardware your internet connection.)
  4. Select your desired network, enter the password (if necessary), and tap Connect. 
  5. You should see a Connected status on your selected network.
  6. Return to the terminal's home screen by tapping the Home icon.

Download the Payanywhere app

  1. From the home screen, tap the PA Installer app icon and tap the Install Payanywhere button.
  2. Return to the home screen and tap the Payanywhere app icon.
  3. Log in using the QR code provided in your Welcome email. Or, log in with the email address and password you used when creating your account.

Changing the paper roll

  1. Flip the printer panel located at the top of the terminal (identified by the NFC contactless logo) and pull forward to open the printer.
  2. Insert the paper roll with the paper pulling from the back and out the top of the terminal.
