The latest updates in Payanywhere 6.4.2.

We routinely update the app for general bug fixes and improvements. For optimal performance, please update the Payanywhere app on your iOS or Android device to version 6.4.2.

Version 6.4.2 includes:

• Offline Payments: Extended coverage for when you're having trouble connecting to the internet or Payanywhere. Learn more about how offline transactions work here.
• Smart Terminal (PAX A920): Resolved issue select Manual Close merchants experienced with scrolling and adjusting tips from the Open Transactions list.
• Additional bug fixes and performance improvements.

Version 6.4.2 includes updates to some of the new features and functionality that were introduced recently.

Reputation Management:

• Check out the Reputation Management guide to learn how to connect your Google Business Profile and begin using Reputation Management today!
• View customer review details directly from the Trends page.
• Access your customer's profile from Payanywhere receipt ratings on the Customer Reviews page.
• For your convenience, suggested quick reply options to postive, neutral, and negative reviews are provided. Create your own custom default quick replies under Settings.

Online Payments enhancements:

• Learn more about the latest online payments enhancements here.
• Resend invoices when payment has failed or that are unpaid to gently remind customers.
• Dialogue improvements for AVS Mismatch Alerts and how to proceed when billing address verification fails. While recommended, billing address fields are optional and not required for invoices and Virtual Terminal transactions. View the help article for more information.
