We are very excited to introduce our latest software update, Payanywhere 5.9!
As a part of this update, we have added a customized experience for the customer facing display on the Payanywhere Smart Point of Sale, fixed some bugs, and made enhancements to some existing features.
Payanywhere 5.9 is set to deliver the best payment experience to date! A customer facing display (featured on the Smart Point of Sale and Smart Flex) shows the list of items being purchased, when the transaction has been approved, and allows the customer to select how they would like to receive a receipt (printed, email, and SMS text) – all of which were features before, but have been redesigned for an improved experience. In short, the screen is bigger, bolder and, quite frankly, better! If you accept tips, customers will be able to select the desired tip amount from the screen and complete their transaction.
Another great aspect of the new 5.9 release for Payanywhere is that it allows us to introduce a brand new piece of hardware. The Payanywhere Smart Flex is the perfect hybrid of a point of sale system and a credit card terminal. This stylish solution allows you to accept payments in-store or on-the-go. With the simplistic functionality of the Payanywhere app, you have the flexibility that your business needs – right in the palm of your hand.
